Registration
Registering as a E–Shop@SG member is free. To become a member, simply fill in your personal information and you will enjoy many exclusive services. Once you have successfully become a E–Shop@SG member. You will receive a confirmation email sent by our automated system. If you have not received the confirmation email within 3-5 business days for any reason, please email us at support@eshopatsg.com, and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Availability
At E–Shop@SG, we try to keep in stock all items listed on our website, but as you know, we might occasionally be out of stock. If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you by email. We will offer an exchange for another item or the choice of a full refund if the payment is made before delivery.

Cancellation of Orders
If an order must be canceled, it must be done within 24hours via email of the order for a refund. All refunds will charge a 15% administrative fee.
