BUSINESS DAYS
Monday – Friday (GMT +8:00 9am – 5pm), excluding public holidays within Singapore.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by the end of business day Tuesday.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
All orders will be sent to the shipping address that the customer registers with E–Shop@SG. It is the customer's responsibility to update their address if there are any changes. We do not ship to the address in your PayPal account nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes. We accept no responsibility for orders that are shipped to an invalid address.

SHIPPING
We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit as we do not provide insurance. Should you require insurance, please drop us an email.

Title to merchandise shall immediately be transferred to the Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Loss or damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Export fees, duties, taxes, and customs clearance are also the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. E–Shop@SG will use reasonable endeavors to provide assistance with information needed for processing claims.

  1. Please check with your local customs for the necessary taxes, and prohibited goods before making any purchase.
  2. Buyers are responsible for all duty/customs/brokerage/sales fee associated with the sale.
  3. All items will be sent out within 3 business days of payment clearance.

PAYMENT METHOD
We only accept payment via PayPal for International Shipping other than Singapore.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
All Sales are final, no return, refund, exchange.
We provide only limited warranty of your items for 7 days (For unbranded items) upon delivery.
Branded items are warranty by their respective Brands or Manufacturer
Specifications are subjected to change without prior notice.
Size may vary due to manufacturing variations.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Notification of return must be given to sales@eshopatsg.com within 7 days of receiving items. Please include the product number in your email. Upon receiving your email, we will send you an RMA number.
  2. All returned items must have an RMA number. Items without RMA number will be rejected.
  3. We would advise all returned items to have a tracking ID (using secured mailing). We would not be held responsible for any missing items.
  4. Items must be received by us within 30 days of payment.
  5. All freight, duties, customs, and other related shipping charges for the returned merchandise are to be borne solely by the buyer.
  6. We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be received back in new condition with all of its accessories and packaging.
  7. We only exchange identical products (no different size, colour, length, material, weight, etc.).
  8. E–Shop@SG reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that is used and/or damaged. We will only provide an exchange for products with a manufacturers?defect. E–Shop@SG will verify whether the returned products are in the original condition. If the product is not in its original condition, an exchange will not be permitted.
  9. In the case that E–Shop@SG does not accept the returned merchandise, reasonable attempts will be made to notify the Purchaser and the merchandise will be returned to Purchaser as they were received by E–Shop@SG.
  10. E–Shop@SG shall not be liable for any item returned being lost, misdirected or delivered late, the customer assumes all shipping risks.
